Unfortunately due to the recent outbreak and cut back on my hours at work I am unable to afford the services I need in order to get the case I had filed completed. It is with a heavy and humble heart I say that I am grateful for your services and how well Mr. Gilbert kept me informed about everything that was going on and that he gave me the best options between either continue in the case which could have Financially broke me or to close the case at this time and had come back when I can be more financially fit to handle such a huge financial burden. My case was a modification of order and custody flip and unfortunately I was forced to choose between providing for my children or battle in my ex wife to get one of them. Once again I am very pleased with the way things were handled in this situation.

Mr. Gilbert was very helpful during the whole duration of the process and made sure every thing was taken care of, and very precise to make sure nothing was forgotten or overlooked. I would highly recommend Stange law firm

I felt fooled by this law firm and unfortunately paid them thousands of dollars to drag their feet, lie to my face, never contact me back about getting my retainer back (still waiting), and care nothing about what financial and emotional stress or harm they do during it all. I also received private, legal documents for multiple different clients (not mine!)sent to my email (how does this happen??). When I called it out it was ignored. After my ex and I worked it out outside of lawyers and I told my lawyer what we wanted to do he tried to talk me into fighting with him more. It was a very sad and expensive lesson. When people are going through family stress this law firm seems to look at that as a way to make a lot of money from them.

I am completely disappointed with the firm and Johnny Lok himself. We paid a $250 consultation fee we’re given false hope and had the impression our case was difficult but not impossible. After we paid our $4,000 retainer fee we were contacted by Johnny Lok and told our case was impossible and simply couldn’t be done but he was going to give it a go. After what he says was 4 hours of “research” $900 later he wanted the judgment that was made. It was VERY CLEAR there was already a judgment but he wanted to see it. We’re out of state and drove 8 hours to receive this. We then received an email with “yeah, I’m sorry there isn’t anything we can do.” Which I’m sure he billed just to read the judgment and send the email. So $1200+ later and we got the answer we should’ve been given during the consult we paid for.

Mr. Lok definitely is the most helpful attorney I have ever met during the tough process of my case. He carefully listens every your concerns and opinion, and his sharp solutions represents the best benefits from your side. His legal expertise and caring attitude is the only hope for me in such dark time.

I don’t even know where to begin. I was with this firm for a couple years. During my case with my ex husband, I had 4 lawyers. The lawyer assigned for my case would unexpectedly disappear- fired or just leave the firm and I never would get an answer why. I went through 4 and was assigned a 5th when I walked away. Lots of money, time and work wasted. I’d give zero stars if possible. I wouldn’t bother even inquiring about services here. When I left the firm- (it’s been over a month and a half) I didn’t receive my remaining retainer. They have billed me, however. Go anywhere but this firm.

It's scary hiring a lawyer, but Johnny Lok made things very easy for me. He was incredibly easy to talk to and work with!

Can't give them zero or negative stars. By far the worst law firm I ever had to deal with. Simple motion to modify and revision to a parenting plan is what I asked them to do. Well 6 months and 8k later still nothing filed or correct. It was so bad we had to write the parenting plan for them after 4 times of them screwing it up. The first lawyer bordered on legal malpractice. The customer care is dismal at best. It took them 60 days to rectify a billing issue. They won't return calls or emails. Lastly, I had the pleasure of firing them!!!!! But now I cannot get any of my records from them. They said it will take 90 days to get my records and to receive a check for my retainer. All I can say; if you have money to burn and don't really care if you receive good service, by all means use them. But to save you the problems, just take a bucket of money and flush it down the toilet, as it will give you better satisfaction then dealing with them.
