Arrived early in order to compose myself and attempt to upon the so called attorneys Langdon and Emison instructions set up an estate on my late wife BRENDA L. Thurman. Only to be called and told that it was canceled because of the refusal of a low ball offer from G.M. LITIGATION Lawsuit and was told that the case was never filed from 2014

My wife and I recently had our will prepared for us by David. Neither of us were familiar with what was needed for our particular situation, and we had a lot of questions, but David explained everything in detail in terms that we could understand. My wife and I met with David to discuss planning trusts etc. Things that can be confusing and unpleasant to discuss were made simple and afterwards we felt great relief knowing David helped walk us through these things. He’s a very well informed and personable attorney, I’ve already sent family and friends to him because of how great he was to work with. Highly recommend his firm.

I had used David in the past for my personal will, and my wife and I recently returned to him to work up our Powers of Attorney, wills, and Living Trust documents.
He is very thorough and professional, and really respects the process and the need to have these documents be accurate and easily understood.
He also worked quickly over the Thanksgiving holiday so we could sign the documents before the birth of our 2nd son, which I personally appreciated!
I would not hesitate to recommend David for your personal legal document needs.

David did an excellent job drawing up our Trust! He explained everything in layman's terms and made sure all our questions were answered. He also made sure that we were aware of all the different scenarios that can take place. David is not your typical stuffy and stuck up lawyer that you might find in a Clayton office. My brother-in-law recommended David Rubin to establish our estate affairs. David is not only very knowledgeable, but very kind, understanding and easy going. He and his team provided a quick turn around for us as we were traveling abroad and wanted to have our affairs in order. I actually never hired Mr. Rubin however he did return my phone call within 3 hours and listened to my story and was very kind, helpful, even though he was unable to help us I was quite impressed since he was not even paid for his time but answered all my questions.
