Our experience with Mr. Peter A Roth was a very good one. He wrote up our estate planning including: 1. our qualified joint spousal trust 2. our last will and testament 3. our durable power of attorney 4. our durable power of attorney for health care 5. our beneficiary deed He did all this at an exceptionally reasonable price and was efficient, knowledgeable, and quite amiable. we are very satisfied with his excellent work. If we need a lawyer for anything in the future, we will definitely go back to him! He is conveniently located in West County.

Our first interaction with Peter, our neighbor, was when he sent us a letter threatening to sue our family. We spoke to him on the phone thereafter, where he was very agreeable, before he threatened to sue us again. Upon trying to resolve our issue in person where I felt he and I had substantive dialogue, he was very rude to my neighbors and my wife. Finally, Mr. Roth said that anyone giving him a negative review online would result in them also being sued and he sent one of his emissaries to relay his threat in person. This was after he told me to, "F*** off." Mr. Roth is certainly very aggressive and driven, though his approach didn't always work for all (most) parties involved. While I find his drive admirable, most professionals I've spoken with have voiced a clear conflict of interest and lack of professionalism. I am in my early 30s with a wife and a one year old daughter. I had met a few estate planning attorneys and had good reactions coming from those meeting, and I almost went with one of the others. I did meet Peter after those meeting and immediately felt more comfortable, and knew I was getting what I needed. He started telling me about how he could cater a plan for my needs at the time and I didn't need to pay the much higher prices of the other attorneys to protect my family and assets. He explained all the details of the options from wills to trusts, and kept it easy to follow. Then as my net worth grows, we can easily amend my plans to keep the best options going for my family. I got everything I needed and more at a very reasonable rate. He has an easy going non pressure attitude which is also refreshing. Since the initial work he completed for me, I have given him more work which was far less in scope, but I still received the prompt and professional service he provided when I had larger work for him.

HOWEVER, Peter Roth was completely different. He spoke to me in easy to understand terms and I always felt comfortable asking questions. He took the time to understand what was important to my family and made sure we created a plan to accomplish those desires. As a bonus, the cost to do this was incredibly reasonable and a lot less than I was expecting. If you are thinking about a Will/Trust/Estate Planning, you need to call Peter!

Mr. Roth is amazing at what he does. I dont need to plan for my family or assets after I'm gone. He explains your options and sets it all up the way you decide. There is peace in knowing you can some day leave and your "still providing". It's Mr. Roths job to make it happen and he does it WELL.
