I unfortunately cannot recommend this practice. We worked with Rick Shinners, who is very knowledgeable- however his support staff is less than helpful. If you are looking for timely responses and for availability to communicate with your attorney I would look elsewhere. Our realtor ended up being better at pushing the process along than Rick.

The entire experience was easier than I thought. Mr. Mandava's assistant Sherry as well Mr. Mandava explained the process and never made me feel like I needed to decide anything right away.
