Chris hartman is my public defender on my felony cases. Which are all class D's. I guess because I can't afford to pay him big bucks he has decided my case doesn't matter. I missed court for the first time in over a year after my mother in law got really sick. We lost her 3 weeks later. Instead of giving me a new court date they issued a warrent. He hasn't even looked at my case file to see I've never caused any trouble before but is telling me I will have to go to prison.... I e called and he never calls back. My husband is on the same case as me. He public defender is getting his thrown out because the cop didn't do his job correctly. So unless your rich don't call Chris Hartman.
