I can't say a lot because I am filing a complaint but I can tell you this. The American Bar Association puts out a document of expected ethical behavior. If you are thinking about hiring this lady make her sign it. I sent the same 3 to 4 questions to her multiple times. She charged me every time she received them, but never answered. She didn't answer until our last meeting and her answers were false. She spent about 10 minutes of our last session complaining about the attorney that beat her in the City election. She also charged me for those minutes. That's all I can say right now but if you are thinking about hiring her, do your homework. In my opinion there are much better options.

This practice is very unprofessional and unresponsive. Not to mention rude! I’ve never been spoke to in the manner that they spoke to me. When it was their lack of communication on a case they suppose to be Representing. The woman spoke down me to, as if I’m not capable to understand how the court system works. When I do know the system very well! Also she said their was no defense in the case as it’s a probation violation, and all cases have a defense. I wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone!

Seth Pegram is an outstanding attorney. I have never seen an attorney who was so quick to reply, has visible compassion for the safety of children, and reminds me that justice is not only reserved for the rich. If you have a child (or children), and your angels are depending on you to keep them safe, then I suggest you put your trust and faith in this man. He sets the standard of what attorneys should strive to be.

If your looking for an aggressive attorney, Cira is the attorney you are looking for. You don’t have to wonder were your case is in the process, as Cira and her offices communication is incredible. I would totally recommend her, as you won’t be at all disappointed with the services you get with Duffe Law Firm :)
