Mrs. Chaney-Faughn was amazing. I needed someone that could help on very short notice. She not only appeared in court with me, but handled my situation with such calm, cool professionalism. I had to file for bankruptcy. I was not looking forward to it but it was a choice that made sense for myself and my family. I met with some wonderful individuals who made the process less terrifying and quick, even after crying in their office from embarrassment. I would highly recommend them. I think the receptionist is an absolute DOLL, with a beautiful heart and a brain to match! They work tirelessly to help their clients, which especially need Disability Benefits or to file for bankruptcy. If you know someone like that, give them a call or at least check out their website. Just Google Dempsey&Dempsey. Shout out to the mascout doggie out their. My memory is so bad that I've played with him and have no idea what kind he is. Ugh

Mrs.Dempsy was extremely rude and told my intellectually disabled son he was a gold digger and he could get a job playing video games! My son has autism and an iq of 65. She also told us to go to a doctor to "treat" his autism! She is a horrible excuse for a lawyer.

We got another lawyer named Mr. Koch who filed my son's ssi clame and it went through with flying colors. Mrs Dempsey is an idiot!

Their office gave me a reminder call the day before. Office staff was prompt and friendly. Attorney was straight to the point and knew what she was talking about.

i received a bill from them today. I called them and told them we had never spoke to them, been there and wanted to know why we got the bill. The accountant was rude, dismissive and very unprofessional. I would hate to get a lawyer to prove that bill was not for us! B and D Auto
