If you are looking for good law firm to represent you, then look no further. Tim was absolutely amazing with handling my case. He is very quick to call me back and answer all my questions. He made the case extremely easy to understand. I can tell that Tim truly cares about his clients and gives 110% effort for all of his clients. He EXTREMLEY easy to talk too. Stan Schnaare did all my estate documents about 10 years ago. He made sure everything was done and that I was protected. Recently, his expertise and thorough work paid off, Stan saved me a LOT of money when I went through a divorce and my ex-husband wanted the inheritance I had from my grandfather. There was no question of any possibility that it would happen thanks to Stan and the Schnaare Law Firm

I hired Tim for a divorce lawyer, would not recommend him for anything. First I went to him in December to fill for divorce, but he waits until my ex filled in January to do anything. It took 9 months for a simple divorce and I had to tell him how to do it. Never in his office, hardly got phone calls and emails back. After divorce was final, my ex refuse to follow the paperwork and Tim refused to do anything about it, and quits as my attorney. He doesn't know the laws on anything, and very lazy. Don't hire him for anything.

Went to the Schnaare Law firm and dealt with Tim Nickless. Charged 200 hundred dollars for a 1 hour Consult. Was trying to get help for Credit Card debt. His fees were going to be 4X what it would cost to just file Bankruptcy. Wouldn't even do the research about the Agency we were working with. He said he was afraid that his computer might get a Virus. The only upside was the Secretary was Nice.

Stanley is an amazing lawyer! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He really works the case in a timely manor to help his clients and I couldn't have asked for better. I wouldn't use anyone else!
