Great attorney

Be wary of the "Free consultation". I went in several times just to receive zero helpful information and be told to "come back later", repeatedly, after having the goal post moved time and again. I didn't even know if I actually had a case, after several visits, because the attorney was too busy making small talk to actually listen to what I had to say and advise professionally. On top of that the secretary kept harping on me to "retain" the attorney, whilst calling for the next "come back later" meeting, when I didn't even know if it was a waste of time or not from the lack of actual information (as if they didn't care they were just giving me the run-around hoping I would pay up). I was finally told to show up at a certain time to talk to someone else who could actually advise me and the meeting didn't start until 25 minutes after I was told to arrive, after showing up on time. When I was finally seen I only had approximately 5 minutes to actually talk to someone helpful before I had to leave and head back to work. Hastily I made a decision to pay them to get started. I got back home (also where I work from most days), realized that what I was told, ultimately, wouldn't help at all so I called, an hour later, to have them refund my money only to have the secretary tell me that she has no idea how to do a refund on their credit card machine. I ended up having to wait several months for the funds to be refunded because my own credit card company had to do a "non-fraudulent refund", on their end, when the secretary should know how to work her own credit card swiper. It's not hard, I've worked retail with those same machines. Long story short, I offered to let them keep a couple hundred dollas for their trouble after having many hours of my own time wasted. Upon reflection, it was only my time, travel and resources that got wasted. Buyer beware.

I have to admit, I was leary at first, he didn't seem to enthusiastic about taking my case, he gave me a great deal and accomplished exactly what I wanted! No more trouble for me so I hope I dont see him again in that setting, and I wish him the best in life!

Straight to the point kind of people and are willing to work with you

Howard is an intelligent and attentive attorney. I always received a response from him same day when I called or emailed. Most times than not, Howard answered my calls personally, rather than being routed through a receptionist. This made me feel as though we were a team and built an important level of trust that one should have with their attorney. Though I hope I never need legal counsel again; I would choose Howard again if I did. Thank you Howard for everything!
