Hired James after firing my previous attorney for having no spine. At first the initial meeting went very well leaving his office I felt good that we were on the same page and that he understood that I wanted to fight in court only for court to come in for him to literally has agreed to everything the other side wanted. The guy took my deposit and basically was like sorry but that’s just how court works.

I was pleased with the rate charges. Divorcing and starting over costs. Jim kept the fees to only what we had to do--no padding or adding, so I didn't go bankrupt. He did what he said he'd do and kept me apprised of changes as they occurred. I'm very pleased and divorced.

James took really good care of our family and got done what we needed. The only thing that bothered me was the 70 dollar continuance fee I had to pay for his family emergency and when I questioned it I was basically told sorry that's the way it is.

Mr. Piedimonte was very kind and understanding. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and thorough. They helped me through a tough situation that had its own unique twists. Within no time I had full custody of my daughter and have never regretted hitting him.

Mr. Piedimonte was extremely helpful in my dissolution of marriage, child custody case. He displayed professionalism, courtesy and understanding with each situation. He was very straightforward with each step in the process, which made things much easier for me as the petitioner. They kept my best interest in mind at all times and were completely honest about the entire process. Their recommendations resulted in a settlement that was fair and balanced for all concerned. Mr. Piedimonte was a referral from a friend. In the end I ended up with more than I thought, and was very pleased with the whole process from the billing to keeping me informed. I felt like my unique case ( I had a diagnoses of brain cancer after starting the proceedings) was handled like I was a person not just a number. Julie, his secretary was my go to person with all my silly questions and she was always kind and patient with me. I was pleased with the services that I received.

James was not only professional and polite at all times with me, he was understanding of my needs and wants as a father seeking the best for his child.
While the case was long and nasty, James was reasonable and helped meme see reason when times were toughest. He fought hard for justice and saw the case through.
