Jacqueline Ratkey along with Laura Smith and their team at the independence location has been the hardest working law office I have worked with. I switched mid way through my case and they have hit the ground running. They are making sure that all of my documents are filed timely and that I am well prepared for upcoming meetings and trial.

Igers Vangjeli was by far the best lawyer I have ever had. My case was very complex and I had a hard time following the paperwork and all the legal lingo. He walked me through it step by step on a regular basis. Once we reviewed the documents he would than ask me my position and opinions on each item. After listing to what my need and wants were he than gave me his professional options. He took the time and truly cared about the case. I have had 5 or 6 lawyers over the years and never once had someone as professional and down to earth as igers. I paid more than what I had in the past but it was worth it.”you get what you pay for”. Trust me I have paid much more in the long run for going to a cheaper firm in the past.

Laura Smith has served as my attorney for the last six months. She has done a phenomenal job processing my case. Was shuffled through 4 attorneys I cidi g one I. Saint Louis that had know clue about my car. Advised to file for full custody of my children only to have Courtney J. Whitely immediately not return emails, phone calls, blew me off before a Mediation and refused to contact me after. She’s grossly unprofessional. Now I haven’t seen my children in 3 years. Don’t walk. Run, from this firm. They DO NOT have your best interest in mind. It’s not about my result, it’s their lack of attentiveness and/or caring. Don’t walk away from this firm. RUN!!! If you know what is best for you and your Family because they do not.
