My father had passed away and I have two other siblings in the family. I knew we had to go through probate on my fathers estate. Mr. Weiss and his staff helped us get through this difficult time. The process did take awhile to get through because as in any family certain individuals want certain possessions of the estate and also did not want for my family to be reimbursed for taking care of the livestock and the farm after our fathers demise. Mr. Weiss is very knowledgeable of the laws in probate and was very efficient in getting my family the reimbursement of taking care of the livestock and the farm and seeing that the siblings of the family were equally distributed the remaining assets of the estate in a timely and sufficient manner.

Chris was excellent to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the laws regarding workers compensation and knew the specifics of our case each time we talked with him. Chris was very personable and truly cared about the outcome of the case. We would not hesitate to contact Chris again!
