With the unexpected passing of my mother I had no idea about the end of life process. Tiffany graciously walked me through each step and processed my mothers estate. She was a true gift during this process. With having one less thing on my plate I was able to fully dedicate my time to following through with my mothers wishes. Tiffany is kind, thoughtful, caring, compassionate and overall just a great human to work with. I highly recommend working with her because she will see your case through to the end and leave no stone unturned. Thank you again for all of your time and dedication. Zachary Rozier did a terrible job in my defense of DWI that was a softball case. Fumbling over his words in trial, not knowledgeable of the MSHP reports and very timid. He seemed more concerned with being buddies with the prosecutor and the judge; he mentioned it to me. I would have hoped when I contacted the firm they would have referred me to Thad Brady. He seemed more competent to handle DWI defense as Mr Rozier was not. Terrible representation from Zach!

We had a worker’s comp case. We did not know what to do about the settlement offer. The lawyer gave us a lot of information before we agreed to use their services.

Have used thad for speeding tickets b4, that was great. Decided to use for a divorce, that was terrible. Worse than terrible. Should have just given the money directly to my ex. Thad was reluctant to do anything at all that wasn't beneficial to the "other side." Paperwork prepared was never correct and was asked to sign anyway and told it would be fixed afterwards. Glad I didn't. Communication was terrible and that was not only to myself but to other council as well. Ended up doing everything on my own and couldn't be happier I ended up going that route. Maybe he'll work for you better. Or put in work at all. His fees went up to 250 an hour I'm told so I guess that is being justified by getting results in something for the firm. My suggestion is do your research and take seriously who you pay to represent you in matters more serious than minor traffic offences. Speeding ticket..? Yeah, this practice is just fine to hire. Other than that, I'd go prose and be better for it everytime. Guaranteed.

I highly recommend Thad Brady. He was informed, professional, sympathetic and went right to work on my son's case which involved 3 felonies, Mr. Brady was able to get the charges dismissed. Forever grateful and thankful I hired Mr. Brady!!
