Lack of timely communication and responsiveness
“THEN WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN for 36 days!!! So my wife called and left a voice message but STILL DID NOT HEAR BACK FROM HIM!!! On the 41st day of STILL NOT HEARING from Todd, she called again and his secretary talked to him while putting her on hold - BUT HE STILL WOULDN'T TALK TO HER!”
