Dave resolved a problem I was having with the State Board of Accountancy. I called him the first time on the Friday before Christmas (Dec. 23). He was very helpful and easy to work with. He contacted the attorney for the State Board on my behalf and he kept me apprised of the status of my case. I would recommend him to anyone who needs representation before the State Board of Accountancy.

Dave took care of my expungement today. I contacted him 3 years ago when the situation took place. He told me everything I needed to do in order to make sure my expungement was successful. This was 3 years before I hired him! He wasn't even my attorney yet but took the time to make sure I was taken care of. He was always responsive, answer every question I had in detail. He was always on time and just very pleasant to talk to. If you need an attorney for anything Dave is the one for you to call you will not be disappointed. I am extremely satisfied with his service, if I ever need help with anything in the future he will be the one I will be calling.

I contacted several attorneys in Jefferson City and of the first two I spoke with neither were unable to take on cases but they both referred me to Mr. Barrett. ...not much more needs to be said. He knew the administrative system in Missouri and knew what to do when I had a disagreement with a licensing agency. Mr. Barrett had a tiered, nuanced plan that could have taken us any direction that the other side wanted to go. We never met in person, but I have a sense of trust. Phone calls and emails were always promptly answered. Although I hope that I never have to, I would hire Mr. Barrett again in an instant.
