They seem to do whatever they can for those in need. I appreciate the quick call when I needed to speak to someone. I also appreciate the no judgement understanding when you explain the circumstance leading to the need to hire an attorney.

Got great service and the Hire is good

Dont like to communicate with thier clients and pretty rude about it. In fact first conversation Austin informed me he wasnt going to hold my hand through this. Should of known someone playing dress up would come with unprofessionalism.... outcome of case was Fair but seemed a little extreme for 1st DWI in my husbands life

Several years ago my daughter used this law firm in a custody case. Not only was Mr. Knobloch incredibly unprofessional with all of the super hero decor he took forever to get things accomplished and he gave my daughter really bad advice that the other attorney used to win their case. So, basically, Mr. Knoblock charged her a small fortune (to her) for the privilege of waiting in the court room while he popped in and out because he had two hearings at the same time, only to loose not only the right to keep her child while she lived with her husband, but also had the custody switched to 50/50 from her having full custody, and the loss of child support. Telling a client to break the law and then "just don't tell anyone" is beyond negligent. Run! Run fast, and run far!

I absolutely love Austin! He is an amazing attorney! Have used him for numerous cases ranging from municipal to criminal. He has not let me down yet!

My fiancé has been using him and he hasn’t been in touch but maybe 1 or 2 times outside of court with his client, he has the court dates pushed out and when you call the office to talk to him or the assistant they say they can’t talk to you unless you are the client even if the client has gave them permission to discuss the case with a certain person they won’t. It’s very hard to know what is going on when there is no communication

If I could give more stars I would. Though they are hard to get ahold of by telephone, due to they are very busy and in high demand, Mr. Knoblock fights for his clients. My daughter was scared to death going to court today but his caring and upfront demeanor put her instantly at ease. His confidence and knowledge are beyond compare. I cannot thank him enough
