Access to Justice is a really good law firm a friend recommended this law firm to me. I went to a well known law firm around joplin before I knew about Access to Justice I told the attorney my charge which was a dwi and the attorney wanted so much money upfront and said he could get me put in alcohol classes which was a no go from the jump because I wasn't driving I went to Access to Justice told Austin my charge and what happen he didn't want a ton of money upfront and he said he will get it takin care of he gave me his honest opinion and said we should take it to trial and he could get the charge dismissed and thrown out. I believed what he said 100 percent I didn't have a doubt at all in him and he did exactly what he said we said we takin it to trial and they dismissed the charge. I highly recommend Justice to Access they are a good law firm they talk to u about your case and always keep u informed on what's goin on in ur case 100 percent this law firm was very helpful and im happy my friend recommended them to me. Thanks Austin for the awesome help I cant thank u enough.

I can't express my gratitude enough I am on a fixed income and disabled so when my trouble began I called several law firms to get an idea of what this case would cost me the judge told me to have an attorney at my next court appearance out of all the lawyers I talk to at that point would not consider working with me on the cost I then applied for a public defender and made $30 to much and made one more call to access to justice and Austin said no problem and he would help me and worked out an arrangement on the cost hopefully I won't need his service in the future but if I do or anyone else I no needs an attorney to help them this is the only lawyer I would ever recommend in the Joplin area thanks again you listened to me and helped me more than I ever imagined

He was not at all doing what he was supposed to do. I had to call him none stop to ask where things were to which he would say he didn't know. Plus he was always late for court and he had told me a date and I showed up and it was changed to which I called him many times with no answer then when he did answer he told me they changed the court date and he forgot to tell me! Then they gave a plea bargain to which he couldn't explain what it even was. At that point it had been 2 yrs and I hired another attorney and in less than a year he did what Austin couldn't which all charges have been dismissed! Would not recommend to anyone if you are actually innocent! In response to your response:: I would love to have my money back!! Also you would not see it has been dismissed because the prosecutor decided and told Judd late Friday that it would be dismissed. So keep watching in the next couple weeks. I don't think Judd would call me and say it's dismissed if it wasn't!!!!

I had a lawyer named McGreevy... I was appointed him after one year... He stayed in contact with me from day one ... And after being my lawyer for about 40 days ... My charges where dismissed... I can't see him personally everyday but his work shows that he GOES HARD AT WHAT HE DOES!!!

I had a semi unique case involving my daughter. I had met with a couple lawyers but as soon as I met with them I looked no farther. Best bang for your buck anyway you look at it. With things changing constantly in the case they would call me often with updates and just to check up and make sure everything was going good on my end. Any time I had a problem or a question they were very easy to get ahold of and always helped or answered extremely fast. I have zero complaints. I know many people that have wasted so much money on lawyers just to be left out in the cold. But I would highly recommend access to justice to anyone I know.
