Please don't give these people money they don't return calls!!! Paid hem for a case and now they not answering my calls.

This man needs anger management

Very disappointed. Heard very good things so my boyfriend contacted him to help with his custody case we have paid over $3000 and have been doing this for a whole year the only thing he’s done is get him paying child support which is almost 1000 a month on a kid we see every day and keep at least 3 times a week! We have had to change lawyer due to the lack of help and communication. Never answers the phone and never calls back, almost completely impossible to contact. Thanks for no help! Still sitting down and being walked all over, thousands of dollars down the road!

I’m big on “you get what you give” when it comes to how you treat people. Austin, within his ability’s, goes above and beyond. Granted I put myself in a spot I shouldn’t have but he came through, took ownership and was able to get me a reasonable outcome that I am happy with. He is very thorough and reasonable and puts you at ease.

Secretary is extremely informal at this business. I called to inquire about consultation for a custody hearing and was told the fee was $250. I audibly whistled in shock and he immediately responded with, “that’s going to be everyone in town, dude”. I replied that I had inquired on three previous firms around Joplin, Missouri and each one set a consultation fee of $100! He then abruptly cut me off and told me that we’re not going to get anywhere then and to have a nice day and slammed the receiver. I wanted to still use this attorney, the fee just blew my mind at first. I definitely will NOT be using this attorney if the attorney hires folks like this secretary I speak of to represent his law firm. I would give 0/5 stars for this business, I cannot speak on how Austin Bradley or his attorneys would represent in court. Just based off the vibes and feelings they give you from the jump you can tell they don’t truly care about customers.

My husband and I definitely recommend this law office. Austin Bradley had helped my husband with his case after his motorcycle accident. He was able to assist, listen, get all details and information, and advised us on what to expect. All in all, we ended with a good result and we highly recommend him if you’re in need of help after a vehicle accident.
