Slow to call back

I had the worst customer experience with this law firm. I've tried several times to call them back and the receptionist will not let me talk to the lawyer even though he said that he would call me back. My request is very simple if you're going to tell me you're going to call me back, call me back. Unfortunately this law firm decided that they would rather not have good customer service I would not recommend going to them, calling them or contacting them in anyway.
