Mr. Hawkins was wonderful! I have used the Joplin location twice now for both a divorce and a parenting plan modification. His office staff were very kind any time I had a question or concern and always emailed or called back promptly. Hello I have two children which are teens at this time. I have been in their lives everyday since they been born. 2017 went thru divorce, I am the Constodial Parent. Since Mr Hawkins has been representing my ex wife since 2021 for financial gain purposes I haven't seen or heard from my children a bit. Due to Mr Hawkins having pull thru the Jasper County Courts System and With the G.A.L that is represented on my case. I have tried everything to have contact with my kids. Mr Hawkins is even going against Judges Order and not sending them to their home to see their Father. MR HAWKINS IS NEVER IN THE BEST INTEREST FOR THE CHILDREN IN ANY CASE. HE HAS BEEN TURNED INTO THE CHEIF OF DISPLINARY COUNSEL TO INVESTIGATE. DO NOT HIRE HIM TO REPRESENT YOUR FAMILY

Todd has always been there! He has a great staff & always work with me and keep me updated and I can’t thank him enough! Hes done phone calls whenever I call & schedule which is ever better so I don’t have to drive or leave work early! I can’t say enough great things!

Todd has been my families attorney for the past10 years. He has taken care of everything that I have asked of him. Todd is a likeable person and I appreciate all he has done for my family.

I hired Todd about 7 months ago. He is still going strong for me and doing his best to help me with my family matter. He has always been honest and upfront with me. Todd has been working with me for almost 2 years now over a child custody case. I am always sending in information and when pre- trial comes or trial comes he always is up to date. I make phone calls to his office a lot and if he’s not available they always point me in the right direction! Highly recommend!!

I'm not sure where the one stars are coming from but I had the best experience with Todd and his firm he was on top of everything with my custody battle,when I called he would get back to me asap and always kept me informed of the dates and time of everything at the end of it all before it even went to trial,my ex husband and I settled with out any judges or lawyers not because of my lawyer, but because of our child and in the end our son is a top A student and he has the best of borh of us, Todd callwd me and waad very supportive of our decision,he said he wishes all parents could learn from us both, thank you todd,Julie,gaylen,and Ethan 🍀🍀🍀🍀#forourson

Let me tell you, this man right here will go ABOVE and BEYOND for you. My case has been SUCH a difficult, draining, complicated case. Sometimes I just want to say forget it, but he reassures me and shows me how confident he is by his attitude, demeanor, intelligence, compassion, and kindness. For us, it's been a long long hard road and I'm so so very thankful for Todd Hawkins, because of him, my path in life with my kids is gonna be so much brighter. Most lawyers I've dealt with are money hungry, could care less, just want to end the case with getting you the bare minimum. Not once have I had this issue or got that vibe with Todd.
