So, I have been residing in Missouri around a year, and my ex husband has refused to return our son from Texas. I came to David's firm for immediate and aggressive action. Although our case is not in a courtroom and we are merely in the beginning of my case, the work has been thorough, and he has been honest about what to expect. He has been phenomenal at helping me understand the difference in family law in comparison to Texas as well. I am very hopeful, and feel very confident in his ability to follow through with what he has said is possible.

It seemed to me that David projected his own experiences on to my situation believing that like him, my ex-husband was a great father but just a terrible husband. He refused to use the detailed evidence I provided him in court. Because of this, my children are still in an abusive home with their father too much of the time. I regret sticking with him through the process and would never use him again and/or refer him to anyone else. He was detrimental to the lives of not only my children but also myself. Do not use.

I do not feel he was thorough in our case and made sure our girls were protected He waited last minute to work on our case and didn't subpoena anyone especially when there were particular people that should have been. He didn't inform of us off everything accurately and found out info in our custody order from the other party on matters we told david we 100%.did not agree on and were not informed they were going to be in the order. We will not be using him again and I highly suggest you do your homework when searching for a lawyer as we did not but have learned from our mistake.

We retained Meyer for a custody battle. At first he came across as an aggressive Pit Bull that was ready for battle. Boy was that not the case he was the biggest snow flake I ever met. He didn’t want to fight for us he just wanted to try and mediate the situation which wasn’t going to work. He totally botched all our Paperwork to where our other attorney had to fix it. He charged us the full retainer for doing about two hundred dollars worth of work. He didn’t care about the situation our little girl was in at all. I’m really surprised he stays in business robbing people like he does. Please before hiring him go across the street and hire the homeless guy to defend you. You will be better off

When we reached out to the office we spoke to Jason who helps David with all paperwork in the cases. Jason was exceptional on getting back with us on what we needed, answering any questions we had and he was so friendly! The fees were within reason also for the services we needed. They gladly gave us a payment plan option and explaining when it needed to be paid off so we could budget that out. When we met with our attorney David he was exceptional. He went through everything that was going to be asked of us and helped calm our nerves with answering all our questions. They walked us through everything and were by our side every step of the way. We did not feel alone and knew that they had everything taken care of we just had to show up. I couldn't recommend this service any higher than I already have. Thank you David and Jason for literally holding our hands through it all and helping us get through a very tough situation. You did such a fantastic job!

When hiring anyone I read reviews, so my review will be little in depth but honest. I’m so happy I did not listen to some of these negative reviews. David is loud mouthed, very opinionated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about children. I used him for a parenting plan modification, which switched to step-parent adoption. He responded very fast to any and all questions, calls, and emails. He never left me holding the bag, and represented me very well. He is cocky, and deserves to be because he knows his family laws and people in the community. He was honest with me on what to expect, and he was on point. The hard thing was realizing this is a process, and cannot be done overnight. David gave me advice and homework, which I followed. He made my sons dreams come true in a year, and finalized in 14 months. I had used a previous local attorney and fought for years. What that attorney could not do, David and his sweetheart of assistant Trey did in 1 year. He uses multiple ways of communication including email and text messages. I cannot stress enough you get what you pay for, and I wish I would of used him originally. Thank You so very much David and Trey!!
