Was so scared to have to file BK, and was embarrassed to have to do so. After a different firm tried to talk me into a bad decision I called Jon and explained my situation to him. He didn’t charge me, but he took the time to listen to me as a person not just a client and explain I was about to make a bad decision going with the other firm and how much they would be charging me in the end. Jon and Shannon both made me feel like I wasn’t a bad person for having to file, but instead making a good choice. Every single step of the process was pleasant and easy.
