I WAS IN A VERY DIFFICULT LIFE CIRCUMSTANCE, I WAS FILLED WITH FEAR AND ANXIETY ABOUT A SITUATION I WAS COMPLETELY INNOCENT IN BUT THE WAY THINGS LOOKED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY - I WAS GUILTY. THEY COULD NOT HEAR ME, IT WAS AS THOUGH I HAD NO VOICE NO MATTER HOW I RESPONDED. I HAD USED JARED IN THE PAST AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE, SO I CALLED HIM, AND HE WORKED ME IN RIGHT AWAY. IT WASN’T HIS STAFF (ALTHOUGH THEY WERE SUPER FRIENDLY) OR ANOTHER ATTY, IT WAS ACTUALLY JARED FROM START TO THE END. THEY WERE DETERMINED TO FIND A WAY OUT AND EVEN MORE THAN THAT THEY WERE DETERMINED TO “ PROVE I STOLE MY OWN CAR!!!” Little did I know that’s what they were up to because I was innocent but to them it was “ GUILTY TILL THEY COULD MAKE ME PROVE MY INNOCENCE!!!” Jared Stepped up and made this Transition smooth and the FINAL RESULT WAS AFTER THEIR LENGTHY 90 day investigation where Jared handled everything for the most part I was proven INNOCENT AND PAID IN FULL AS WELL AS GIVEN A LETTER OF APOLOGY FROM THE INSURANCE COMPANY BY THE TIME IT WAS SAID AND DONE !!
