Posting on behalf of my friend: I have nothing but the highest regard for Stilley Law Firm, and especially for Jay O’Donnell. When Jay was first recommended to me, I was in a legal bind which was totally fabricated, and was quite complex due to it starting in one state, and then ending in Missouri. The state that originally charged me had dropped the charges that were initially brought against me, but my attorney in that state failed to communicate this with me. He also failed to inform me that Missouri had decided to pursue these same charges which resulted in a warrant for my arrest, and then resulted with me in handcuffs while I was traveling with my children. Had my original attorney informed me of the changes in the case, I would have turned myself in and avoided the trauma my children endured and a boat load of attorney’s fees, bail, and other expenses. Although I didn’t know it at the time, none of this would have had happened if I’d had Jay as my attorney in the first place. When I met Jay on the recommendation of Baptista Bond following my arrest, I told him my story. Jay was engaged, and seemed to really care about my situation. I was reluctant to put my money or trust in another attorney, but a month later, at our next meeting, Jay proved that he had listened and remembered the details of my situation. He had also conceptualized his understanding of my charges and the entirety of my situation. His understanding and knowledge of the law and the legal process would have had me writing a positive review, but he didn’t stop at listening and caring about my situation. He actually understood that the charges brought against me were based completely on the story of the actual guilty party, a known criminal, who fabricated this accusation towards me in order to deflect his own guilt. Jay was a competent and diligent attorney who was able to get every charge against me dismissed. His experience, generosity and professionalism was life changing for me, and for that I will be forever grateful. I highly recommend Stilley Law Firm, and Jay O’Donnell to anyone with any legal problems. The experience restored my faith in justice and the belief that there is help. They were extremely reasonable, financially speaking, and I can’t say enough about how Jay showed up for me and took this situation of impending doom, and made it a memory I can look at in my rearview mirror. Now I can move on with my life with positive expectation.

The team at Stilley Law is an epitome of excellence. I had reservations and a bit of dread when I had to hire a lawyer for a DWI. However, my anxiety was put to ease as soon as I met Jared for a consultation. It doesn't take long to see that these people really care and they take their profession seriously.
