Isolated incident of poor client interaction
“The receptionist as well as Dawn, the paralegal, were very helpful. Dawn outlined the beginnings of the case, how they would request my medical records, etc, after I spoke to the lawyer and signed the paperwork. I was then called by the lawyer, who proceeded to berate me about how he was refusing to request my medical records. He yelled, talked over me, and was uninterested in hearing my actual case but had made his decision before even REQUESTING the facts. He ended up making me cry on the phone, and the paralegal then spoke to me saying she was confused as well as to that interaction.”
