I sought David's counsel after I was charged with a serious crime in 2021. I had never used any type of legal counsel up until that point so while I can't give a baseline of how the process typically works I can confidently say that David was responsive, diligent, and engaged from our first conversation. What I know makes David and Wyrsch Hobbs & Mirakian unique is that they genuinely care more about the person they are representing than the professional client. Our case lasted over 3 years and David was much more than an attorney, he was a lifeline in a time of desperate need. David cares about all of his clients and it shows in the results both legally and personally. I'm incredibly grateful we selected David to represent me in the toughest time of my life and can not adequately convey just how great of a person David Bell and the team over at WH&M are. I had a bad situation last December of 2023, that required me to be physically aggressive. My sister and I were both sexually harassed and physically attacked by a complete stranger, after I got off from work downtown. We were both physically hurt and still had to explain our cases to a judge at Municipal Court. My case was dismissed today, and although I wanted to make an appearance to my last court hearing, David told me to relax, stay at work, and let him take care of my case. We had 2 to 3 conversations on the phone about my predicament. He helped coach me out of my twisted mindset that the stalkerwas my fault. I have contacted numerous law firms, and unfortunately, this particular firm does not handle cases like mine. However, I must express my gratitude for the exceptional kindness and assistance provided by the lady who answered my call. Her demeanor stood out in stark contrast to the previous thirty calls I had made. I even spoke with a prominent firm that does handle my type of case, but I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Although I am uncertain about the types of cases they specialize in, I can confidently say that if their other staff members are as helpful as the lady I spoke with, then anyone seeking legal assistance would be in capable hands. Once again, I extend my sincere appreciation.
