I have been a practicing Obstetrician/Gynecologist in St. Joseph, MO for over 30 years. In 2003, I was involved in a lawsuit surrounding an injury my patient incurred from hospital equipment while in the hospital. Ms. Brown was my defending attorney in that case. Ms. Brown demonstrated to me a wide grasp of the law; a respect for all aspects of a legal encounter; an honorable presence in the courtroom, and a tenacious attention to detail. She handled opposition witnesses and attorneys with respect. I have had the privilege to assist her in another legal encounter in which I served as a witness, and again, I observed a brilliant mind calmly at work, with a clear grasp of the essentials of the issues at hand. She also proved quick and agile in dealing with the ebb and flow in the courtroom. I highly respect her competence.
