Pretty easy

After my motorcycle accident, I met James at an event and told him about my injuries and property losses. He assured me that his team could help and he was absolutely right! In hindsight, I would have never received compensation for all of my losses and medical expenses without them. They kept me updated throughout the process and were very professional. Glad you guys had good service

While not as long a road as it could have been, it's still been a long journey to reach resolution. There are a lot of things I could say regarding different aspects of my case, and the handling thereof, etc.. but I'll keep it pretty short and simple. I am glad to see that others are able to post they were kept aware and fully informed, with constant and immediate access to staff and updates on their cases . I will say that the entire staff has put in many hours individually over the last couple of years on my case, and Robert in particular was essential in executing many different facets of my case. James has always been very courteous, professional, and pleasant. He went above and beyond the first day we met, and did so again the day we reached a settlement agreement. Jim Brady has only more recently joined the team, but was fundamental in successfully reaching a mediated agreement, as well as many other aspects of my case that showed he genuinely wanted the best outcome for me, the client. Thank you to the entire staff, not only those mentioned here, but to everyone "behind the scenes" as well. In conclusion, I feel that once we reached a point of mediation, this team came together to achieve the best possible outcome.
