They are horrible on getting case resolved it’s been over 3 years and still nothing. I continuously have to call them vs them calling me back as they always say they will when they get updates on settlement with insurance. No one keeps their word on what they say and the same person calls back and gives a different name but same excuse as to why nothing is happening with case. On multiple occasions the person or persons I have spoken to don’t listen and will literally interrupt and over talk you to the point where they are screaming over you. Staff is horrible to say the least! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone to handle a case small or large. They are not who you want to handle your case!!!
