Inconsistent communication and responsiveness
“I am an existing client. My name is Jose Rivera. I've tried numerous times for the last two weeks to get a hold of someone at the office. I have called multiple times left at least three voicemails. Now it seems that your voicemail is full. I do not even know who my lawyer is anymore, it used to be Christian Taylor. Then it switched over to some person by the last name Albernathy got no responses or emails or texts back every time I reached out from him.”
