They dropped the ball on my case big time, causing me to lose residential custody of my two kids. It's been 1.5 years and they tried to charge insane amounts of money for hardly any work. My attorney was let go right after my trial so they knew they screwed up but they never made it right. These are children and families you are dealing with. Handling with extreme care should be the only way.
