I am an existing client. My name is Jose Rivera. I’ve tried numerous times for the last two weeks to get a hold of someone at the office. I have called multiple times left at least three voicemails. Now it seems that your voicemail is full. I do not even know who my lawyer is anymore, it used to be Christian Taylor. Then it switched over to some person by the last name Albernathy got no responses or emails or texts back every time I reached out from him. Then I started getting emails from Madeline more. However, I have emailed multiple times and she still does not reply. I just don’t know how else to get a hold of anyone in the office. Maybe this will make someone call me back and let me know what’s going on. this was supposed to be a nice easy process from what you guys sold to me. And it is still not resolved an ongoing. I’ve been needing information from the office to give to my new employer so you can keep getting the bankruptcy payments, but like I said, I cannot get a hold of anyone. If someone can, please give me a call back or at least an email to let me know who is my lawyer and what’s going on.

This is the worst law office I have ever come into contact with. Never can speak to anyone, they barley answer the phone. This process is already stressful and they make it no easier. I would give them 0 stars but that's not an option
