I would like to thank Jennifer and Benjamin law firm for handling my case the right way and being there for me when I needed them. When hiring this firm, I always felt like the professional part of it made me feel at ease that they would handle any case I had. Definitely would stay with them moving forward ❤️.

It was my first time dealing with legal issues, but they handled it and got me a good result. It took a while and at times I worried but some cases just progress very slowly. In the end, the patience paid off and these guys handled my case very professionally!

My experience at Benjamin Law firm was the absolute worst I have ever had at ANY business. To say their communication skills were horrible would be a huge understatement. For months, nobody would return my call, return my messages on their in-house app, and for a week straight would not answer their phones. After an in person visit, they promised to update me via phone and never did. LIE right through their teeth. Every person I had contact with could use major improvement with their etiquette and manners. They had no compassion. NOBODY SEEMED TO CARE ABOUT ME OR MY CASE. I will never be paying for their services again. My friends and family will ALL be informed on my negative experiences. Upgraded it to a 2 star review because AMBER called me to apologize after my case disposition was over and done.

Highly recommend that you DO NOT retain this firm. Once I paid the fee I did not hear back from firm timely despite multiple emails and voicemails. Finally after I had already retained another firm the case manager reached out to me. I requested a refund which had to be approved by the attorney. I still have not received the refund. Highly recommend staying away from this firm.

Really, really bad. A total nightmare.
