“The only reason i am not giving them a five star rating is they are a bit lacking in communication. Sometimes i went a couple months with not hearing an update or even just checkin in to let me know they remeber who i am lol.”

“When you are told by a senior partner you are free to contact anytime with concerns and then your messages are blocked because they don't like your concerns or opinions and it seems like they work more for the opposition than the client.”
