My first experience with Castle Law was when they handled my Bankruptcy during a divorce several years ago. When I had questions during the process, I was surprised to get a response directly from the owner of the firm (Jason). The fact that the owner took the time to respond to me, let me know that my case was important and Castle Law cared. I enjoyed my first experience with Castle Law, so when I was involved in a car wreck a few years later, they were my first call from the hospital. An attorney (Andrew) offered to meet me at the hospital, and it was clear he was genuinely concerned about my wellbeing. He helped me deal with the insurance giant State Farm, and got me the compensation I deserved for being injured by their inattentive (texting) customer. More time went by, and I was unfortunately injured at the hands of others again, but this time it was far more significant and affected my life permanently. I work nights and was stopped entering my facility by KC Police. They abused their authority and escalated a normal traffic stop into a violation of my rights by asking me to exit the vehicle. Once out of the vehicle, I was assaulted and briefly knocked unconscious. I left the routine traffic stop in an ambulance, after being given a "failure to come to a complete stop" citation. I was appalled, angry, and in pain. An apology from KCPD was not enough, so I filed a formal complaint. I knew that I would need a powerful ally to face the KCPD, so I called the firm that I trust. Andrew did not back down, even when my case was escalated to the Missouri Attorney General's office. What was originally an unsincere apology and a $6k offer, turned into a much larger settlement (well into the 6 figures range). As you can see, I trust Castle Law because I know they care about me and they are tenacious enough to follow through - not just once, but every time. When you need an attorney to act on your behalf, you want someone who truly acts as an extension of your person and treats the case like it was their own.
