I had a wonderful experience with Brian at this law-firm. He and/or his staff made sure to get back with me within 24 hours or less when I emailed or contacted them about anything. They laid out what to expect and I got a great, fair settlement, something which I tried to do on my own but was unsuccessful. I would recommend them to anyone. They are super stars!!!

They took my money for a ticket I got March. I paid for the ticket in April, mind you. September rolls around I get a ticket from the county saying my liscence was suspended and there was a warrant out for my arrest. Here we are, middle of October, and I get an email finally saying the warrant is gone and my case is closed. I check the status of my liscence and it’s still suspended. Then after asking if he was gonna handle the suspension, he blocked all of my incoming emails. Stephen Grafelman is a joke and needs to not be handling anything law. I will pursue this joker for his malpractice.

Erin was very responsive and willing to help whenever I needed.
