I hired this firm after researching them online and reading good stuff. They were honest, very upfront and very professional. They kept in contact as new info came up. They handled everything and took the stress off me and my family. Before you try to settle a claim without an attorney It doesnt hurt to call and set up a free meeting, when it's over you know they have your back.

I was pleased with the service of James and his knowledgeable staff. He is a personable guy and easy to talk to. Robert and Mieke were helpful and also answered questions for me. Not the first law firm I have dealt with.

My partner and i were in an auto accident and were injured. KCAIA took my case when larger firms wouldn't and stayed on top of paperwork and calls just as they would much more profitable clients. I never felt forgotten or shrugged off which other attorneys have left me feeling in the past. James, robert, mieke and others were very open about case details and how things work, always returning my calls promptly. In every way, I don't think there's a better value in kc!
