James Dean Walker has represented me in two (2) lawsuits including one for sexual harassment and the other for discrimination based on race. I was quite pleased with the results of both. I had a slip and fall accident because of a commercial property owner's refusal to clean the sidewalks 3 days after a snow storm. Mr. Walker acted as soon as I contacted him so he was able to get pictures and interviews which helped the case. He maintained regular contact with me. The case went to court and Mr. Walker won the case. He paid great attention to detail and knew the law well. He was professional at all times. He got a settlement with which I was very pleased.
