Both Rekha and Michael made sure that I understand what was happening. Mrs. Rekha did not beat around the bush and told me exactly what we were facing. I never left their office not knowing where my case stood. Everything was explained to me in a way I understood. I read some of these reviews and was baffled by the incorrect statements some of these people wrote. Please, do yourself a favor and don't make your decision based on people's reviews who simply couldn't figure out their system. Or are upset because the laws aren't in their favor. Just because they weren't eligible for anything, doesn't mean you won't be. Talk to one of these attorneys who won't sell you false hope! I came to Sharma-Crawford when it was time to renew my DACA. I had really messed things up and desperately needed help. While consulting with them, they helped identify what I was eligible for, a plan B if you would. This was the office that I needed. Both Michael and Rekha Sharma-Crawford told me what I didn't want to hear, but needed to hear. I respected that they didn't sugar coat anything. AND provide options. I knew exactly what was needed from me & where my case was headed. When it came down to doing the paperwork, everything was swift as they are a virtual office. I never had to miss work to gather & provide documents to meet their deadlines. Everything was done electronically! For a busy person like myself, this was amazing. You can really tell they take the time to educate their employees because every time I had a question, I reached out and received an answer. If they were unable to answer it, they would call me at a later time after running it by the attorneys. All in all, I will always recommend this law firm because they really do care about the community. After they did some fighting with USCIS, they were able to successfully save my DACA. I am extremely grateful.

Rekha and I began working together in 2020, when I had to flee an abusive marriage, and literally had only a few days to turn around and ask for USCIS to hold what would have once been a change of status through marriage case. My exhusband had threatened me with my status, and with physical and emotional violence, and I couldn’t risk my life any longer. Rekha literally took my case over from the previous attorney, and flipped it into a VAWA petition in like two days, and then convinced USCIS to hold part of my already existing case. Th agency held onto part of my paperwork which saved me money on USCIS fees and legal fees. This year I received my PR and I couldn’t be more grateful. The SCAL team is the only reason I am safer today, and able to restart my life. I’m free; I feel the happiest I’ve ever been knowing I can travel back home now and see my family. I got back a piece of me. Thank you guys.

I have never give a review to anyone. My main purpose of this review to help those individuals whom spending lots of money from attorney to attorney,but couldn't find a good solid transparent immigration lawyer.Ms.Rekha is the best attorney and I highly recommend Sharma-Crawford law firm.I had a bad situation before I spoke to Rekha ma'am. In my case every attorney told me in clear NO HOPE and suggested me file a new petition. I have had a 23 year old case has been closed by immigration. I saw Rekha Ma'am on several TV talk shows talking about immigration laws.that's how I found Rekha ma'am just like guardian angel.I made a appointment I was very nervous to call Ms. Rekha because she is a globally recognized immigration personality. I was not in good shape, when I called Rekha ma'am, she was so kind, caring and went beyond her requirements and responsibilities in order to help me to collect the pieces of my life, make me strong and brave which situation I'm going through, I asked Rekha ma'am to help me to file a new family petition, but she suggested me to gave a try to reinstated the closed dead petition. In her work, she is very honest, give me a clear and solid information , super fast, Ms. Rekha sent the reinstate request to the immigration on the same day which day I had an appointment with her. I didn't know how to download documents files, her staff is so generous to do everything for me. the level of efforts excellence, She is very intelligent, super responsive. First thing first, she is absolutely a rude person or it’s just her way to scare you into paying more money. Either way no one have to deal with that when you are already afraid of the uncertainty. Back in 2018 I went to her for a consultation and to seek help with my case. Yes, It was complicated. Instead of listening to the whole story, she started on her lecture session, and even at one point she told me to pack up my stuff and just go back home. Honestly from other ppl I know who had gone to her for help said similar stories. I believe she is not as great of an attorney and her ppl skills stinks. Needless to say I didn’t get any help from her. I ended up hiring an attorney from Wichita, he actually listened to my whole story without any interruptions and said he will help but it is complicated. 5yrs later I’ve received my PR and I couldn’t be thankful enough to his services. Someone who is sincere, attentive, compassionate and willing to help and went above and beyond. He was expensive but well worth the money in my opinion. Bottom line is that there are other options when it comes to immigration attorneys. Rekha in my opinion is just out to grab the easy cash.
