Sader Law has been an incredible team to work with as we were navigating stressful and insurmountable student loan debt. For some context, the original loan amount started at $150K, which is already a large sum. However we faced job loss right after graduation and as payments on the loans were to begin. Long story short, after years of no to low income and constant deferment, the interest and fees inflated the loans to over half a million dollars. A monthly payment of $4k was expected otherwise we would face damaging wage garnishment. This was such a devastating situation and we had no hope of a way out. It was the first time in a long time that we felt we had some hope in such a difficult situation. He advised us on how to connect with the loan holders and convert our loans so that they could not only be properly consolidated for the most optimal repayment plan, but also deferred under the current moratorium.
