2
Some clients have experienced unprofessional or rude behavior from staff
“The receptionist was short with me and rude.”
3
Concerns about the firm not providing the agreed-upon services or charging more than the quoted amount
“I told him not an email, it could not be an email. He asked me why and I briefly told him what I do for work and why it needed to be mailed. On the phone call I talked to him about quotes I have received elsewhere for the same services. He brought up his price per hour and said the letter would not take too long. I was told he would have the letter to me by the end of the week. A month went by and he finally completed the letter and sent it via email, and charged me 10X the amount I was quoted.”
