My life changed dramatically on November 6, 2023. I had severe injuries and it was a miracle I lived through the accident. My husband contacted SJ&B shortly afterward. Once I returned home, after a month away from my girls and husband, Dave traveled across the state to meet us in person and learn more about what happened. He was extremely personable and empathetic to our situation during conversation. After the firm purchased my totaled vehicle to keep in storage for discovery, he went the extra mile by crawling through, to retrieve a sentimental blanket in the very back. Dave was in frequent contact for the duration of my case- 2 1/2 years! During the deposition phase, he comforted my mother and helped her get through it. He always sent an email summarizing our phone calls, as my brain injury made it difficult to process auditory information. My case involved Workers Compensation lawyers and both firms communicated frequently, so there was no repetion of tasks and funds were used efficiently. The fluidity between SJ&B, my work comp lawyers and then the financial recovery team was amazing. I am so thankful for Dave and all of the amazing people at SJ&B. My life looks much different now but I know my future and my girls' future's will be free of financial worry because of this law firm.
