Got a quote for a dui before i sent any money i asked to see if i could get a good time to call them and talk it over as i was at work and texting with them. They asked questions and gave the most bland response without explaining anything and said “we charge 4000 for that 2000 down” i asked after if i could get a good time to call or a scheduled tiem to call and ask what all this will entail and what the next steps would be and my father has some questions he wanted me to ask it’s been 3 days no response i hired a different lawyer very disappointed in the customer service and lack of information given for a company that’s supposedly well known you would think they would take a better approach in confirming the and putting their customers at ease and that they’re making a good decision when all you get is ok responses and the longest response being we charge 4000 for that and 2000 to get started then won’t work with you to schedule a time for a call so you can ask some simple within reason questions makes you realize how much the value their customers they’re gimmicky and care about money not your case
