Lauren has been amazing in fighting for me and paying attention to detail! The amount of attention to detail and time goes above and beyond what is expected! I appreciate all the time and communication to help me! Her and this firm really kept me from being taken advantage of by a big company, and helped me get a settlement I deserved. Besides that everyone has been very kind, friendly and accommodating, and continues to fight for me! I would recommend Lauren and this law firm to any and everyone!!

They connected me with somebody from Lee Summit. Absolutely terrible service. Only had a 10 minute conversation due to her frustrations. I recommend choosing somewhere else

I've called 4 seperate times to try to get them for my situation and they won't call me back. If they weren't willing to take my case on, the very least they could do is at least have the professionalism to tell me instead of just ignore me. It's been almost 3 weeks. **edit** I ended up getting a text right after this review apologizing because they "get a lot of spam" and apparently they assumed I was spam. But she still didn't offer to take on my case; let alone even ask me about it. Completely disregarded the fact I was trying to hire them. Apologized for ignoring me only because of my review and left it at that.

They put the PRO in professional. They was honest ad friendly and straight to the point. Even though what I was looking for wasnt service here, If I do have problem I will go to them first.

While I ended up not having to actually hire Lance, we did have a great consultation and I felt it was money well spent. Lance will be our first stop for future legal needs. Thanks Lance!

First time I've ever met a group of attorneys that didn't behave as if they were above you, or smarter than you. They encourage your participation in your legal representation. In the past 3 years that I have worked with them not one email or phone call has gone unanswered. They definitely have a passion for the law and truly care about your well being.

They helped me with my case and were very black and white, outlining all the details so there were no surprises. I knew what to expect and was represented very well.
