I had a contract dispute with another party which I was unfortunately unable to resolve directly. Lance listened to my concerns and goals, and understood I was looking to resolve the situation as simply as possible. He was prompt and clear in his communication, and there were no surprises in the costs. Lance bond is hands down one of the best tenant lawyers around.
