Lucy and McShane took care of my two car accidents with great professionalism. Each time I contacted them, they were always available. The most impressed point was that they remember more than I remember sometimes. Also they filed ALL without missing which I was VERY impressed with all management. I do appreciate their management and result. I personally recommend them to my family and friends with no hesitance.
