I was rear ended by a car and tried to resolve the case and settle on my own with the insurance but I learned my lesson very quickly.I was sad and desperate and a friend of mine recommended Mr Devkota.Best decision ever.They were there for me from the first time I picked up the phone to contact them till the time I received my settlement check.They updated me all the time.I am doing much better now,healthy and happy.

I was in a car accident and it was difficult to say who was responsible. I told everyone my version of what happened and the lawyers I met and the insurance company I was dealing with told me it seemed to be my fault even though I knew it was not my fault. I met with Tarak Devkota and his staff and he listened to me and took my case even though it would not be easy.
