I had an amazing experience with Mitch and Allison. They were thorough and battled on my behalf after a car accident with a commercial vehicle. My soon to be ex wife, fled the state with our kids, while I was at work. They lived with both parents their whole life. I’m full time firefighter/emt , no criminal backed or charges. I paid Nicole ALOT for a hour to inform her about , my ex the false allegations she would use to justify her actions etc.. Nicole assured me , I had a strong case and that she could., help. After paying her a hefty retainer, the next week. He asked me if my wife was white or black, saying if she’s white , then this will be hard to fight in court. She also told me to stop working out and that I needed to lose my size , because of the false allegations made by my wife, i assured Nicole I had strong evidence to prove my ex is lying, she wasn’t interested, she flipped a switch. When my wife got a lawyer and was banking on the case being easy. Nicole wanted me to accept , a protective order put on me, for the sake of speeding up the case. I informed her that we could beat it , she then told me that I need to be preparing to Move to TX , where my wife kidnapped the kids too. So I talked to another Lawyer Jeff Leiker. He said that he could help me beat that protective order with the same evidence I was trying use to with Nicole that she had no interest in. So we beat that false allegations for that order, and Nicole became upset and fired me as her client , for not just accepting losing my kids , and being labeled an abuser. Nicole also hired her friend Tricia another lawyer, to be. GAL that Lies and does not do in the best interest of the child. Liter said in court she doesn’t haven’t a heart and lied about ever being fully aware of the actual truth. So after 20 plus thousand spent , hiring different lawyers , that all kind of work together and put their fragile mistake proof ego , above all facts and truth. Have aided in me not seeing my children for 10 months , now I was an everyday day dad , extremely involved in my kids life. My daughter is now in real danger , Nicole and Tricia , sleep well at night , for the sake of showing the big dumb firefighter , you can do all the research prepare your case etc , but if you don’t just shut up and get manipulated, and be ok with losing your kids, when done nothing to deserve it, not even close. Men be careful there are some lawyers , that really hate men, and even come off a little racist. Don’t let them know , how much you know about the law or how well you’ve prepared they will be highly offended and tank your whole case , make you lose your kids, just to satisfy their ego and abuse power. I remember crying in her office, because my kids had been kidnapped for 3 months at that point and Nicole was yelling and me , while gas lighting me, at my lowest scariest point in life. Now I have to start all over Texas. This case was really clear about who was wrong and one judge even disclosed how sketchy Nicole’s approach to my case was. Still didn’t matter , my kids are gone, and with a legit crazy person , that will ruin my kids life and mine even more, I know they don’t care and complaints to the bar go no where. However I’ll do everything I can on the behalf of my children. Despite Nicole trying to break me spiritually and Mentally. Please stay far away From this firm. They do not care about you or your kids. I was a real client Tyler Jones. They might try to say “ this firm never worked with him” posted email confirmation with picture , I don’t even do reviews how ever all unethical lawyers that , delt with this case and helped lose my my kids, will be getting reviews.

Stacey was very helpful and empathetic in handling my divorce case. I felt I was well respected and well represented in this process.

Paid $450 for a consult. It lasted 9 minutes and she was condescending the whole time. Talked over me. Didn’t listen. Complete rip off.

Mitchell Burgess is a top notch lawyer and i would highly recommend him to anyone. He genuinely seemed like he was there to help through and through and even went above and beyond expectations. His services were clear cut and he was always there to answer any questions or address any concerns i had . If ever i am in a situation where i needed a lawyer again for a personal injury, he'd be the first person i'd reach out to.

I feel I paid twice as much for the representation I received from Fisher Law than it was worth. Missouri law is 50/50 and that is what I got. Stacey didn't accomplish any more for me. The only thing this office does well is send bills, and charge way to much. I would never recommend this firm to anyone.
