When I got rear ended I was worried about the insurance process, getting treatment, and the pile of nonsense that I anticipated comes with it. Turns out I had no reason to be worried, courtesy of Mitch Burgess and his team. Our initial conversation added so much clarification and guidance - I knew I was in good hands. After guiding me through his process and executing, Mitch kept me updated throughout the settlement. Although I wasn’t sure what to expect with the settlement amount and overall service, ‘pleasantly surprised’ would be an understatement. They’re all nice folks over there. I hope I don’t have to, but I would certainly call again.
