Ms Shepard stole my deposit and won’t answer the phone

Was ready to help with such short notice! Did everything she said she was going to do! I really appreciate everything! Highly recommended.

Ms. Shepherd, has been helping with my case against children's grandparents trying to gain access/visitation. I hired her twice actually!! First time was dismissed after 2 yrs fighting 2015-17. Then 2nd was 2017 to now 2023. It has been a very long trying process all these years. She would try to push trial dates to other party who filed, to try and get resolved. Puts a lot of stress and strain on a mother but Ms. Shepherd kept me informed on every step and she would be very direct, which was needed. Very appreciative of Ms. Shepherd years of help and support through it all. You won't go wrong with her by your side. I know it's hard to trust these days but leave it to Ms. Shepherd she will listen and take necessary steps. Thank you very much Ms. Shepherd!!!

Talked to a person on the phone for maybe 10 minutes was no help continued asking me the same questions then tried to belittle me and tell me that I was in the wrong when she was asking me the same questions because she didn’t understand. Then proceeded to hang up on me because we weren’t gonna be able to work together. Save your money, this place is only in it for the money and you can tell just by a phone call.. sad you have families that need your help Funny how nothing is your fault I saw you commenting on peoples posts who have told the truth about how your rude and unprofessional… bet your business is poppin. All the best hope you figure out how to communicate with people since idk that’s your job..

I was told by Christen that my children are better off without me and I should just accept it. I was crushed until I talked with another attoney who said the complete opposite.

I called because it said free on google consultation over the phone I asked if I could speak to a attorney I had a couple questions redarding custody to see if I need to seek a attorney was RUDELY! told we don’t have time for free questions and hung up on very UNPROFESSIONAL! Do not put free on google if it’s not all I had was a couple questions I understand you want to make money but being rude and hanging up and hateful gets you no where.

Ms Shepherd (Christen) did an amazing job for me. She made the entire process easy and extremely quick. I would highly recommend Christen for any and all family law matters you may have.
